Section 15(2) in West Bengal Municipal (Employees' Service) Rules, 2010
(2)in the case of an employee who holds no lien on any appointment except that which is abolished, the abolition of the appointment may be deferred till such leave as was admissible to him immediately before the abolition of the appointment and as may be granted has terminated.Note : This sub-rule does not apply to a person having no lien on a permanent DOSt.
