(4)If any person interested, fails to appear to present his objections as required under sub-section (1), the questions at issue will be decided in his absence and such person will have ho claim whatsoever against the property for which the loan applied for will be sanctioned till such time as the loan together with interest thereon or any other dues arising out of the loan are paid in full by the loanee.
