1. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 19th April 2007 whereby the petitioner representation seeking fixation of his seniority as Assistant Engineer in Public Works Department (PWD) from the year 21st August 1997 was rejected.
2. By an order dated 07th June 2007 it was directed that in case the respondents contempulate to make any promotions, the petitioner, if otherwise eligible be considered in accordance with the rules.
3. There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was listed on 25th October 2019 .
4. None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called out today.
Even the particulars of the case and the names of the counsel are correctly reflected in the cause list.
5. This writ petition is dismissed for default of the appearance of the petitioner.
