Section 44(1) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(1)The Institute shall use the land and buildings for its purpose and may, for such purposes, allot them for occupation by such persons or officers as the Governing Body may decide.
