Section 3(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998
(1)The Government may, by notification, published in the official Gazette, and such other manner as may be prescribed, declare its intention of regulating the marketing of such agricultural produce, and in such area, as may be specified in the notification, in accordance with the provisions of this Act:Provided that no such area shall be included in the notification except after consultation with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, New Delhi Municipal Council, Delhi Cantonment Board and the Delhi Development Authority, as the case may be.
