Section 56(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)As soon as may be after the appointed day, the State Government may, in consultation with the Vice-Chancellor, direct, by general or special order, that such of the employees of the State Government as are specified in the order shall be transferred to the University with effect from such date, as may be mentioned therein.
