12. Protection of action taken in this Act.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Director of Primary and Adult Education, Gujarat State or any Officer or servant of the State Government for anything which is in good faith done or purported or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, rule or conditions imposed under this Act.
