Section 45(2A) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(2A)[ In the case of a reserved seat under the provisions of section 13(1), a candidate shall not be deemed to be qualified to be chosen to fill that seat unless his nomination paper contains a declaration by him specifying the particulars of scheduled caste or scheduled tribe of which he is a member.] [Sub-rule (2A) was inserted by G.
