Section 3(k) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Import, Export and Transport of Indian Liquor and Foreign Liquor-Permits) Rules, 2005
(k)"through transport permit" means the permit issued under sub-rule 5(i) of Rule 16 for the transport from a place outside the State to any other place outside it through the intervening area of the State whether by way of consignment or otherwise.
