14. Registration of Telemarketer. -(1) Every telemarketer shall register itself with the Authority in accordance with the procedure and conditions specified in Schedule III to these regulations and obtain a registration number.
(2)A telemarketer who is already registered with the Department of Telecommunications shall also register with the Authority as a telemarketer under these regulations.(3)The registration of telemarketer shall be valid for a period of three years unless revoked earlier.
