Section 25 in The Control and Management of Ferries Rules, 1968
25.
The lessee shall bear the expenditure on pay and allowance of all floating staff allotted by the Department for any type of boat/vessel, placed at the disposal of the lessee during the period of lease. The lessee shall be required to deposit with the Executive Engineer the entire amount that will be due to the staff during the lease period, in advance, before the ferry is landed over.
