Section 3(1) in U.P. Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983
(1)The application for registration of an establishment shall be made in triplicate in Form I by the principal employer or his duly authorised agent to the Registering Officer of the area in which the establishment sought to be registered is located.
