Section 16 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
16. Promotion of subsidiary organization.
Before promoting any subsidiary organization under section 25, each Co-operative Society will be squired to fix terms and conditions on the basis of which such subsidiary organization is promoted and terms and conditions such fixed shall be placed before the general body for its approval.
