13. Repeal and saving.
- The Jammu and Kashmir State Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2008 are hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the rules so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
