2. In this appeal as the common judgment dated 07.09.2022 has been challenged, the prayer for dispensing with filing of the certified copy stands allowed.

05. 1. Heard Mr. Budhadev Routray, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Manoj Kumar Pati, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. The common judgment dated 07.09.2022 has been challenged in this intra-court appeal. It has been stated to us that challenging the said judgment, the other appeals are pending in this Court. Those are being considered on merit, though the formal order of admission has not been passed.

3. Having that aspect in view, we admit this appeal to be heard on merit.

4. Since Mr. D. Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate appears and waives notice for the respondents No.1 to 4 and Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel appears and waives notice for the respondents No.5 to 7, no formal notice is called for.

5. Let the matter be listed on 10.07.2023 at 2 P.M., when there shall be a serious endeavour to hear the appeal on merit along with W.A. No.1437 of 2022, W.A. No.1255 of 2022, W.A. No.1256 of 2022, W.A. No.1257 of 2022, W.A. No.1259 of 2022 and W.A. No.1260 of 2022.
