Section 106C(1) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(1)Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Act, the provisions of sections 106(d), 106(e), 106(f), 106(g), 106(h), 106(i), 106(j), 106(k), 106(l), 106(n), 106(o), 106(p), 106(r), 106(s), 106(t), 106(aa),106(ac), 106(ad), ac106(af), 106(ag), 106(bi), 106(bn) and 106 (bp) of this Chapter shall apply only to those portions of the rural area as have been specified by the Zila Panchayat under this section.
