Section 38(3) in The Bombay Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1959
(3)[* * *]. The regulations made under clauses (c) to (e) of sub-section (1) of section 38 of the Bombay Homoeopathic Act, 1951 and clauses (d) to (h) of sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Madhya Pradesh Homoeopathic and Biochemic Practitioners' Act, 1951, and such other regulations and such of the rules made under the said Acts as the State Government may by order specify on the appointed day, shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been made under and for the purposes of the relevant provisions of this Act and be in force accordingly, unless and until superseded by any rules, regulations or bylaws made under this Act. All other regulations and rules made under the said Act shall cease to be in force.[(4) * * *.]
