Section 140(iv) in Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian Schools-Tamil Nadu State
(iv)Teaching grants shall be considered as having been paid in respect of the previous year's working of the schools. If an educational institution work throughout a financial year or part of a year, it shall be eligible for a grant for such period, whether or not it works beyond the period.
