During pendency of the present MJC, the concerned authority has passed order in rejecting the claim of the petitioners for regularization/absorption in Group-III and IV since direction to the respondent is to consider the case of the petitioners for their regularization/ absorption in the light of order dated 14.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20226 of 2010. Such rejection order is dated 17.11.2021.
Accordingly, the present MJC do not survive for consideration. Hence, the contempt proceeding stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioners to question the validity of the order dated 17.11.2021 in accordance with Patna High Court MJC No.1884 of 2021(3) dt.25-04-2022 3/3 law.
