(3)The dispensary seal have a floor area of at least [23.0 Sq. metres] [Substituted by G.O. Ms. No. 100, Lab., Emp. Tech. Education (Lab-V), dated 7.2.1977.] and smooth, hard and impervious walls and shall be adequately ventilated and lighted by both natural and artificial means. An adequate supply of wholesome drinking water shall be provided.
