1. The petitioner, who was working as a Legal Services Advocate with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to grant her all maternity benefits for the period during which she remained on maternity leave during her three year term of engagement with the respondent.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the parties pray for and are granted time to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.
