Section 22 in The Tamil Nadu Police (Reform) Act, 2013
22. Acts of State Security Commission, Board, State Police Complaints Authority and District Police Complaints Authority not to be invalidated by certain defects.
- No act or proceeding of the Commission, Board, State Police Complaints Authority and District Police Complaints Authority shall be called in question merely on the ground of the existence of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of such Commission, Board, State Police Complaints Authority and District Police Complaints Authority.
