Section 21 in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
21. The Librarian.
- The Librarian shall be a whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the Board of Appointment. He shall possess such qualifications and exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes. His emoluments and terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
