Section 39(1) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(1)Every affiliated college, recognised institution and approved institution shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Executive Council after consulting the Academic Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the college or institution.
