1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that rejoinder is yet to be filed. She submits that there are certain proceedings which are pending in Court at Mumbai which may have bearing on the present proceedings.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 submits that the petitioner herein has been delaying the proceedings not only here but also before the learned Arbitrator. He refers to the order dated 10.12.2015 and 19.02.2015 in order to show that the matter has been delayed by the present petitioners even before the learned Arbitrator.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that she disputes aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and that they have also challenged the proceedings conducted before the learned Arbitrator, before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 further submits that the petitioners may be directed to bring on record the relevant facts with respect to the proceedings that are pending in the Court in Mumbai.
5. In view of the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the petitioners may file rejoinder to the reply filed on behalf of the respondent No. 1. Additionally, the plaintiff is also given the liberty to file an affidavit with respect to the proceedings which are pending in the Mumbai Court and the status with respect thereto.
