11. Amendment of section 40.- In section 40 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (1), the words, brackets, letter and figures" in the agreement referred to in clause (c) of sub- section (1) of section 39 or in any other agreement" shall be omitted;
(b)in sub- section (2), for the words" ten rupees", the words" one hundred rupees" shall be substituted.
