Section 83(1) in The Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
(1)A financing bank may, at any time, but shall at least once in every year, inspect through an officer or a member of its paid staff the books of every registered society which is indebted to it. A financing bank shall also have the right to inspect the books of any other registered society financed by any registered society which is indebted to the financing bank.
