Although, the hearing of this application was concluded sometimes back but while perusing the records I could not find the relief claimed in the suit. Therefore, the matter was directed to appear under the heading "To be mentioned" for certain clarification.
It is submitted that Mr. Anit Rakshit appearing for the petitioner has not come to this Court due to his illness.
Accordingly, let this application appear under the same heading two weeks after the ensuing summer vacation.
