Section 34 in The Footwear Design and Development Institute Act, 2017
34. Institute to be public authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
- The provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 shall apply to the Institute, as if it were a public authority as defined in clause (h) of section 2 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
