It is submitted that in dark zone area digging and installation of tube well boring is taking place, which may ruin the flora and fauna of the area in question. The matter is purely administrative one. The petitioners have filed representations(Annexure 6 and 7) before the concerned authority pointing out various alternatives where boring can be done. Let the Collector, Sawaimadhopur consider the representations filed by the petitioners and take a decision within a period of seven days from the date of production of certified copy of the order. No case for further interference is made out in the matter which is purely administrative one. Writ petition stands disposed of.
