It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that this case is squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in LPA No.194 of 2014 titled as State of H.P. and others versus Sudesh Kumari decided on 18.11.2014.
2. This aspect of the matter is required to be considered by the respondents. Accordingly, this writ petition itself is directed to be treated as representation to the respondent No. 2 in light of the averments made therein and also taking into consideration the judgment passed by this Court in Sudesh Kumari' s case supra and make a decision within a period of six weeks from today.
3. Needless to say that the order shall be a speaking one.
