Section 4(1) in The Assam Agricultural Farming Corporation Rules, 1973
(1)The State Government's representative nominated for each District, Subdivision or Circle, as the case may be, shall call a meeting of the Agriculturists intending to join an Agricultural Farming Corporation and duly approved by the State Government, by intimating clearly the place and time of such meeting as well as the business to be conducted in that meeting.
