14.12.2023 Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant case for taking advanage of the scheme provided under the Chhattisgarh Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest and Penalty Act, 2023. He submits that without the proof of withdrawal, the applicant cannot take benefit of the said scheme.
Considering the aforesaid submission, at this stage, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the instant case.
Accordingly, the case is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under the law.
