Section 11(1) in Bihar Gram Sabha (Co-ordination of meeting and Procedure for conduct) Rules, 2012
(1)The register of proceedings shall be maintained by the Panchayat Secretary. The Panchayat Secretary shall obtain the signatures or thumb impression of the members present at the meeting. He shall maintain the register in Hindi in Dev-Nagari script. The proceedings shall be signed by the persons presiding over the meeting.
