Section 3(1) in Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board Rules, 1960
(1)Save as hereinafter provided, a member shall hold office for three years from the date of publication of the notification of his appointment in the [Fort St. George Gazette] [Now, Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.].
