(1)Every person who possesses a 5 years or 5-1/2 years Degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) or Master Degree in Yoga and Naturopathy from any University set up by a statute shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, be entitled to have his name entered in the register for Class 'A' registration.
