BEFORE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. SANJAY KUMAR 01.08.2022 Copy of the FSL report received from Assam is placed on record. However, this Court finds that it is not responsive to the directions of the Learned CJM, Imphal West.

In any event, Mr. M. Gunedhor, learned counsel, seeks to rely on medical jurisprudence in relation to 'partial hanging'. He seeks time to make photocopies of the relevant extracts from medical text books and place the same before this Court after serving advance copies thereof to both the opposing counsel.
