1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in SB Civil Writ Petition No.5227/2021 (Gayatri Vidhyapeeth Vs. State ofRajasthan & Ors.), this Court has issued a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner-institution (Downloaded on 12/11/2024 at 09:59:37 PM) [2024:RJ-JD:45522] (2 of 2) [CW-18542/2024] for enhancement of seats in GNM Course for the academic session 2021-22 onwards.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the application of the petitioner-institution for enhancement of seats from 40 to 60 for GNM, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. and B.Sc. Nursing Course for academic-session 2024-25 onwards by making proper inspection and completing all necessary formalities. Appropriate speaking order shall be passed preferably within a period of three months from today strictly in accordance with law.
3. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
