9. Appointment of Accounts Officer and other officers.
(1)The State Government shall appoint an officer of the State Audit and Accounts Service, not below the rank of a Assistant Controller to be the Accounts Officer of the Authority.(2)The Accounts Officer shall report to the Commissioner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
