Section 2(g) in Haryana State Electricity Board (Workshop Organisation) Regulations, 1992
(g)'Direct recruitment' means an appointment made to the service otherwise than by promotion from within the service or by transfer or deputation of an employee already in the service of the Government of any Undertaking of the Government or any other Electricity Board.
