Section 37D(1) in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
(1)Any person possessing the qualifications and experience required under sub-rule (2) of rule 37C may apply along with a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000/-, for recognition to the Director or any officer authorised by the Director in this behalf.
