4. Procedure to be observed on finding a wreck.
(1)Any person who finds and takes possession of a wreck within the limits of jurisdiction of a receiver or brings any such wreck within such limits shall as soon as practicable, make a report in writing to the receiver in the form specified in the Second Schedule.(2)The receiver shall forward a copy of every such report to the principal officer.
