Section 2(b) in The Consumer Protection (Amendment) Act, 2002
(b)in clause (c),-(i)in sub- clause (i), for the words" any trader", the words" any trader or service provider" shall be substituted;(ii)for sub- clauses (iv) and (v), the following sub- clauses shall be substituted, namely:-(iv)a trader or the service provider, as the case may be, has charged for the goods or for the services mentioned in the complaint, a price in excess of the price-
