Section 21(1) in Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University Act, 2016
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)the Pro Vice Chancellor;(iii)the Financial Adviser;(iv)the Director of Research and Development;(v)two members of the Council (one of them shall be a Government nominee on the Council) to be nominated by the Council;(vi)the Directors;(vii)one Professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Council.
