14. Officers and employees of Authority.
(1)The Authority may, with the approval of the State Government, determine such number and category of officers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.(2)The manner of recruitment of, the salary and allowances payable to, and other conditions of service of officers and employees, shall be such as may be determined by the regulations.
