Section 3(4) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(4)The Vice-Chancellor shall nominate one Dean of a Faculty of the University by rotation as a member of the Executive Council. The Dean so nominated, shall become a member of the Executive Council for two years from the date of his nomination.
