4. Appellate Authority.
- The appeal against the order of the Controlling Authority shall be made to the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Home Department in the light o section 14 of the Private Security Agencies Act 2005. The time limit for making appeal shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Act
