1. This Interim Application is taken out by the Applicant for bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner who passed away on 19th August 2022. There is delay of 45 days in filing the interim application.
2. For the reasons set out in the interim application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
