Section 15 in THE RAJASTHAN EPIDEMIC DISEASES ACT, 2020
15. Power to make rules.- (1) The Government may, by notification in the Official
Gazette, make rules either prospectively or retrospectively for the purpose of carrying intoeffect the provisions of this Act.(2)Every rule and regulation made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may beafter it is made, before the House of the State Legislature while it is in session for a totalperiod of not less than fourteen days which may be comprised in one session or in two ormore successive sessions and, if before the expiry of the sessions in which it is so laid or ofthe sessions immediately following the House of the State Legislature makes anymodification in the rule or regulation or resolves that the rule or regulation should not bemade, the rule or regulation shall, thereafter, have effect only in such modified form or be ofno effect, as the case may be, so however, that any such modification or annulment shall bewithout prejudice to the validity of anything previously done thereunder.
