Section 17(c) in Jharkhand Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2015
(c)If the name of tourism unit operator or a travel agent or a guide or an adventure sports operator, as the case may be, has been removed from the register on the grounds mentioned in clauses (c), (d), (e), or (g) of Section 18 and three months have not elapsed since the date of such removal.
